🗓️ 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition

  • Must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged due to misuse

  • The item is returned after 30 days

  • The item is not in its original packaging


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your PressGo™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
